Project Statement

To increase transient and group rooms production and to assist the sales and marketing activities as they pertain to maximizing occupancy and rooms revenue by conducting our Accelerated Hotel Sales Training Program™ Telephone Response Call Program for the sales personnel.

Details:

  • Conduct live telephone response test calls by our professional hotel experts.
  • Each test call will be recorded. All test calls will be placed to the main hotel phone number to observe the handling of the inquiry before the call is transferred to sales or catering.
  • Test Callers will attempt to secure dates that require the development and delivery of collateral: general information, tentative proposals, definite contracts and/or menus.
  • The test call recording and scorecard will be distributed within 24 hours of the completion of the test call. Any collateral received by then will be included in the distribution.
  • All test call recordings are delivered by link.
  • Each call receives a custom designed scorecard.
  • A Company Roll Up will be delivered with each hotel’s score for easy analytics.
