Steinhart & Associates begins by conducting a complete Systems Overview Survey. This survey allows us to pinpoint the strongest and weakest aspects of your sales and marketing effort. We can then specify programs for correcting your weaknesses and taking greater advantage of your strengths.

We will target precise markets and help you streamline your administrative workload, thus creating more actual selling time for your sales representatives. We will make sure that each of these programs is properly monitored and integrated into your master marketing plan. In addition we will furnish your sales representatives with concentrated training in the two key aspects of successful hospitality selling – sales skills and people skills.

Steinhart & Associates will continue in a monitoring capacity as long as necessary by reviewing your sales statistics with you on a regular basis. We always remain available to assist you with public relations ideas and sales promotion events.
